Facial Images: When you use the scan feature, your device camera captures images of your face. These images are processed using AI to generate aesthetic scores.
Scan Results: Scores, dates, and problem area descriptions generated from your scans are stored locally on your device.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics such as scan counts, feature usage, and app performance data.
Subscription Information: Payment and subscription data is managed by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
Location Data: If you use the aesthetic spa search feature, you may provide a zip code or city name. We do not access your GPS location.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your facial images and scan results are stored locally on your device. Images sent for AI analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted to our servers.

We use the following third-party services:

OpenAI: For AI-powered facial analysis. Images are sent securely for processing and are subject to OpenAI's data usage policies.
RevenueCat: For subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Apple App Store: For payment processing. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Delete all your data at any time through the app's Settings
Opt out of any data collection by uninstalling the app
Request information about what data we have collected
Cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store

7. Children's Privacy

FacialScore is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

Scan data is stored locally on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete all data at any time from the Settings screen. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for up to 12 months.
